Booking and refund policy

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the thebeautygarden.no website (the “Service”) operated by The Beauty Garden AS. (“us”, “we” , or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. General Provisions
- This policy defines the terms of booking, payments, cancellations, and refunds at THE BEAUTY GARDEN AS, located at Arnatveitvegen 137, 5262 Arnatveit.
- Making a reservation implies the client’s acceptance of this policy.
2. Booking an Appointment
- Booking an appointment in the salon is obligatory and concerns a specific service and date.
- The customer can make an online booking through the booking system on the website.
- After making a booking, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
- The customer can pay for the appointment:
– Online via WooCommerce (Vipps, payment card) or Klarna,
– In cash or by card on site at the salon. - In the case of online payment, the customer must pay at least 50% of the service value in advance.
3. Changes and cancellation of reservation
- The client can cancel or change the date of the visit no later than 24 hours before the planned treatment.
- In the event of cancellation of the reservation later than 24 hours before the visit, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the cost of the treatment.
- The reservation can be canceled:
– By e-mail to the address: biurobeautygarden@outlook.com,
– By phone at: +47 929 19 180
4. Returns and complaints
- If the client cancels the visit at least 24 hours before the planned treatment, the full amount of the prepayment is refunded.
- The refund is made using the same method used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
- The time of the refund depends on the payment operators (WooCommerce, Vipps, Klarna, banks).
- In the event of cancellation of the reservation later than 24 hours before the visit, the prepayment is not refunded.
- In the event that the service does not meet the client’s expectations, a complaint can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: biurobeautygarden@outlook.com within 7 days of the service. Each complaint will be considered individually.
5. Final provisions
- The salon reserves the right to change the regulations.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Norwegian law shall apply.
- By making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read the regulations and accept their terms.
