Vessel Removal/Closure Using Electrostimulation and Thermolysis

Price: from 350kr (depending on the treatment area)
    Duration: approx. 45 min.

The removal and closure of blood vessels through electrostimulation and thermolysis is a modern and effective method for treating dilated capillaries. The treatment combines the effects of electrostimulation with thermolysis to effectively close small blood vessels and reduce skin redness.

    What does the treatment involve?

The procedure involves the precise application of electrostimulation and thermolysis to close and eliminate visible blood vessels. Electrostimulation generates electrical impulses that target the dilated vessels, while thermolysis uses controlled heating to shrink and close them. Over time, the closed vessels are naturally absorbed by the body, leaving the skin more even and free of redness.

    Who is it for?

    Recommended for people who:

    • have visible blood vessels (e.g., spider veins, dilated capillaries on the face or legs)
    • experience persistent skin redness
    • want to reduce rosacea or facial flushing
    • wish to improve the skin’s appearance by removing unsightly vessels

    Effects after the treatment:

    • effective closure and elimination of visible capillaries
    • reduction of redness and rosacea
    • smoother skin and more even tone
    • overall improvement in skin appearance, especially on the face and legs

    Contraindications:

    • heart disease or pacemaker
    • metal implants in the treatment area
    • pregnancy and breastfeeding
    • active skin infections, wounds, or inflammation
    • uncontrolled diabetes
    • epilepsy
    • cancer
    • recent sunburn
    • tendency to keloid formation
    • blood clotting disorders
    • use of blood thinners or steroids
    • skin conditions in the treatment area (e.g., psoriasis, eczema)

    Important before the treatment:

    • avoid sun exposure and solarium for at least 2 weeks before treatment
    • do not use self-tanners, chemical or mechanical peels in the treatment area for at least 5 days
    • avoid blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin) for 5 days before treatment (unless advised otherwise by your doctor)
    • arrive with clean skin – no makeup, creams, or lotions
    • inform your specialist about medications and chronic conditions
    • for very sensitive skin – consider a vessel-strengthening routine beforehand (e.g., vitamin C, rutin)

    Recommended course:
A series of 3–5 treatments, spaced 3–4 weeks apart, is usually recommended depending on the size and type of vessels. Maintenance sessions may be used to prolong results and prevent recurrence.
